Gym & Studio

We have a fully equipped gym and studio with a good selection of both cardio and resistance machines. Membership includes a free induction and a personal fitness programme (optional). Our fitness manager, Jo Hope is on hand to offer advice and help you achieve your fitness goals, she also runs a series of weekly classes which are free for members to join.

Free Gym Classes

Mondays, 7.00 - 8.00pm - (Monday’s Circuits) - The circuits are set out in 12 different exercise stations consisting of full body toning exercises, stretching and some C.V work. The classes will be run outdoors in good weather conditions or indoors in bad.

Tuesdays, 10 - 11am (Gym Workout Class) - This is a group workout session where you will work on all aspects of fitness including cardio, strength and body toning.

Wednesdays, 11.00 - 12.00noon (Personal Workout) - This is a supervised gym workout session where Jo will be on hand to give advice on weight loss, fitness training, strength and toning or injury rehabilitation. Meet Jo in the Gym studio each Wednesday and she will discuss and review your Gym.

Fridays, 9.30 - 10.30am (Body Blitz) - This is a fun aerobic workout class where you will exercise to music. The class will be high energy and a fun way to tone and get fit!.

We also run Pilates classes which are available on a subscription basis, for more information please ask a member of staff..
